A Lovely Day

Day-of Coordination starts at $995.  Services begin 30 days before the wedding. I will perform the following services:

Pre-Wedding Day

  • I will be available for ongoing advice during the planning process
  • I will provide guidance with vendor selection
  • I will create a customized Wedding Day Itinerary
  • I will confirm details with vendors and discuss the timeline

Rehearsal

  • I will oversee and coordinate your rehearsal with you, your wedding party, and your ceremony officiant
  • I will facilitate a run-through of the processional and recessional with your wedding party to ensure everyone feels comfortable and understands their role in your special day

Wedding Day

  • I will arrive 2 hours prior to your ceremony time
  • I will collect and set-up: Ceremony Items: Guest Book/Signing Item, Unity Candle/Sand Ceremony, Programs; Reception Items: Place Cards/Escort Cards, Seating Chart, Card Box, Table Numbers, Champagne Flutes, Cake Cutting Set, Menu Cards, Guest Favors, etc.
  • I will collect the marriage license and give it to your officiant
  • I will distribute bouquets and pin boutonnieres, as needed

Ceremony

  • I will direct and usher your guests to the ceremony site to be seated
  • I will cue your ceremony vendors to ensure readiness for the ceremony
  • I will line up you and your bridal party and cue all members for the processional

Cocktail Hour

  • I will direct and usher your guests to the cocktail hour site
  • I will deliver any ceremony items to the reception room
  • I will coordinate with the catering staff to make sure the reception room is set and ready

Reception

  • I will direct and usher your guests to the reception room
  • I will assist with bustling your gown, if needed
  • I will coordinate your Grand Entrance to your reception with DJ and wedding party
  • I will assist DJ in cueing all important events during the reception (thru cake cutting)
  • I will cue the photographer & catering staff for all important events (thru cake cutting)
  • I will cue Bride & Groom for all important events and formalities (thru cake cutting)
  • I will coordinate the guests and vendors during the reception (thru cake cutting)
  • And finally, I will exit while you celebrate with your guests and dance the night away!

Full Event Coordination

You may upgrade your coordination package to Full Coordination of entire event through the end of your reception, for an additional fee. Full Coordination includes all services listed above, plus:

Reception

  • I will coordinate the guests and vendors through the end of the reception
  • I will help pack the gifts and personal items at the end of the evening
  • I will facilitate the Grand Exit send off and exit of the guests!
